Now back in Buenos Aires, he offers a new Argentine cuisine that combines local textures, tastes and temperatures with a highly creative flair, all in his ground floor restaurant with garden views. Sommelier Martin Bruno offers his expertise in pairing wine from Fierro's on-premises cellar, all collated under the discerning eye of Executive Sommelier and President of the Argentine Sommelier Association Andres Rosberg.

Fierro's extensive cellar is curated by the President of the Argentine Sommelier Association Andrés Rosberg. Weekly wine tastings are hosted in the comfortable tasting room, an area also available for private dinners for up to eight.
