Hernán Gipponi brings to Palermo his cosmopolitan experience nurtured in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, such as the Guggenheim Bilbao and Quique Dacosta's El Poblet in Denia, Valencia, both recipients of two Michelin Stars. Now back in Buenos Aires, he offers a new Argentine cuisine that combines local textures, tastes and temperatures with a highly creative flair, all in his ground floor restaurant with garden views. Sommelier Martin Bruno offers his expertise in pairing wine from Fierro's on-premises cellar, all collated under the discerning eye of Executive Sommelier and President of the Argentine Sommelier Association Andres Rosberg.
Hernan Gipponi's creative food pairings are designed to coax subtle flavors from his carefully sourced ingredients. The restaurant's nine-course tasting menu makes excellent use of his skills. Here locally sourced produce and the best of Argentine culinary traditions are given new life in a series of painstakingly prepared and impeccably presented dishes. Feeling more peckish than sociable? Fierro offers a mouth-watering room service menu from the restaurant, delivered promptly and piping hot to your bedroom door. Note: Room service is available from Tuesday through Saturdays from midday to 11pm and Mondays from midday to 4pm.
Happy Hour: On Tuesdays through Saturdays from 6pm-8pm Hernán Gipponi serves the best happy hour in town featuring Argentine inspired drinks and a savory selection of tapas.

BREAKFAST
The best breakfast in Buenos Aires is on offer to guests in Fierro's restaurant. With Nespresso coffee, fresh fruits, fresh breads and pastries, and exquisite hot and cold breakfast dishes.
WINE CELLAR
Fierro's extensive cellar is curated by the President of the Argentine Sommelier Association Andrés Rosberg. Weekly wine tastings are hosted in the comfortable tasting room, an area also available for private dinners for up to eight.
